These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loved Daily (the "Service"), operated by The Melton Company, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Loved Daily delivers inspirational, uplifting, and feel-good daily affirmations and encouragement through email and the in-app dashboard. Content is intended for personal reflection and encouragement only and is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with the Service's security;
- Probe, scan, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its content.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all affirmations, software, designs, branding, and other content provided by us, is owned by The Melton Company, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Loved Daily is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
